Social Worker Referral
Guests may ONLY stay at PHHH through a written referral from a hospital social worker or case worker/manager. NO EXCEPTIONS. PHHH serves families and their patient(s) in medical crisis who are receiving life-saving treatment at local hospitals. Patients having elective surgeries are not eligible.
Background Check
All guests must complete and pass a background check. The Guest Services Coordinator will not assign a room until the Background Check is completed. Returning guests must complete another Background Check if their subsequent stay is over six months from their previous stay.
Waiting List
PHHH maintains a long waiting list. After you have been referred by a social worker and you have completed and passed a background check, you will be placed on our waiting list if a room is not currently available. The Guest Services Coordinator will communicate with you regarding your spot on the waiting list and when a room has become available for you.
Guest Services Coordinator
Becky White is the PHHH Guest Services Coordinator. Becky will help you throughout your stay at PHHH and answer any questions you may have during your stay. She works closely with the social workers at the hospitals and runs all background checks. As a guest, she will be your point person at PHHH.
