From operations and guest services, to development, program leadership and executive management, PHHH has a committed staff with many decades of experience.

Angie Stiff

Executive Director    mail

Angie Stiff spent many years in corporate sales and account management including 10 years with Kraft Foods, before joining the non-profit world in 2004 when she joined the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as Executive Director. There, she increased major gifts by 1000%. In 2007, Angie became the Director of Advancement at Franklin Road Academy, in Nashville, TN, where she oversaw admissions, alumni relations, marketing, community relations and special events. Angie started an Endowment and Planned Giving Program which raised more than $12,400,000.

She joined Pinson Hospital Hospitality House in 2013 as Executive Director overseeing all operations, budgets, and a full-time staff of 5. In 2018, Angie began the management and oversight for a new and expanded 30,000 sf building with 30 rooms which was completed in June of 2019. She raised over $6 million for the project.

Angie has served on many Nashville non-profit boards for over 20 years, the Tennessee Soccer Club being one near and dear to her heart. Angie and her husband, Jimmy, are active members of Brentwood Baptist Church, and live in Marshall County where they are raising two daughters, McKinley and Mensi on their 10-acre farm. She is a proud alumnus of Auburn University...War Eagle!

Shannon Day

Director of Development   mail

Shannon joined PHHH in February of 2020, as Director of Development. She manages fundraising, grant writing, donor relations and marketing. A native of Connecticut, Shannon has an extensive business background in advertising and marketing and a Masters Degree in Marketing Communications from Michigan State University. Shannon spent 17 years in the Detroit area working in the Automotive Industry both as a corporate marketing executive and as the co-owner of an advertising agency specializing in business-to-business campaigns for clients in the Automotive Market. She moved to Nashville 12 years ago. Shannon spent 3 years on the executive board of Parents Reaching Out, a Nashville non-profit helping parents with critically ill children and mothers with high-risk pregnancies. She most recently comes from the insurance industry and has her health and life insurance licenses in 19 states. She also loves real estate and has her TN real estate license. She loves to travel and spend time with her three daughters.

Robin Smith

Director of Volunteers and Programs  mail

Robin is a native of Knoxville, TN.  She attended the University of TN at Chattanooga and earned her bachelors of social work.  Upon graduation, Robin worked for Young Life of Chattanooga for 2 years and then relocated to Franklin to serve and develop Young Life of Williamson County in 1999.  In 2002, Robin became a stay-at-home mom to daughter, Grayson and son, Bennett.  Robin began working for PHHH in 2015, and it is a dream job for her to develop relationships with volunteers and guests and serve and help in various ways.  Robin and her husband John and children reside in Franklin, TN.

Andrea Kenney

Operations Manager  mail

Andrea left the corporate world in 2008 to move to Nashville with her husband. She joined a local church staff leading women’s ministry and international mission trips.  She organized and traveled extensively to Mexico and Nicaragua serving orphanages, local churches, feeding centers for children, micro-businesses, and some of the women who were living in hostile circumstances.  In 2016, Andrea began volunteering her time at Pinson Hospital Hospitality House where she fell in love with its mission. She officially joined the staff as Operations Manager later that year. Andrea’s passions include international and local travel, leading bible study in her home as well as entertaining and cooking for those she loves. She often shares her gift of hospitality by cooking for the staff at PHHH. Oh, and did we say she is HILARIOUS?? This cannot be left out. Andrea usually has the staff in stitches.

Becky White

Guest Services Coordinator  mail

Becky joined the PHHH staff in January 2020 as Guest Services Coordinator. Prior to joining PHHH, Becky spent two years as a scheduler for Vanderbilt University Medical Center's Home Health Division. She spent five years prior at the Orthopedic Clinic at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital as a Patient Service Representative, and 23 years with the Ingram Book Company in Customer Systems, Customer Service and Sales. Becky loves to spend time singing at her church, and at other events including hospice visits. She and her husband, Rick have 6 children and 12 grandchildren who they love to spend time with. She and Rick volunteer on 26 rides per year with the Tennessee Central Railroad as car hosts!

Patsy Robinson

Guest Services Coordinator

Patsy is originally from Memphis, TN and is the oldest of 5 children. She attended Tennessee State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Music Education. She currently teaches full-time as a Pre-K teacher during the week where she uses her music background as a tool to help educate her students. She began working for Pinson Hospital Hospitality House in May 2008 on the weekends. She has watched PHHH grow throughout the years and says it has been an awesome experience! “It gives me an opportunity to give back to others that are in need. I’m very happy with providing the guests with a comfortable environment and the feel of a home away from home.”
